Biography —
Amy Warren's experience raising a child with disabilities inspired her to pivot from a teaching career to full-time advocacy for the disability community. In 2018, she co-founded Treeline Pass, a fast-growing, non-profit committed to empowering adults with autism and developmental disabilities to cultivate lives rooted in purpose, joy, and growth in an inclusive community environment. Amy serves as the Secretary of the Treeline Pass Board of Directors and provides grant writing and event planning to support full inclusion and increased health outcomes for Treeline Pass clients. In 2023, Amy founded CaliCom, which provides direct community-based services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including Individual Residential Services and Supports and Supported Community Connector. Amy also serves on the Family Advisory Council at Children’s Hospital Colorado, which works with hospital leadership and staff to promote and improve family-centered care. Amy believes that we all benefit from a richer, fuller community when people with disabilities are fully and successfully included and works continually to expand that reality.
