Welcome to The Care Board, a project led by Misty L. Heggeness, Associate Professor of Public Affairs & Administration at the University of Kansas.
The Care Board dashboard will go live in April 2025.
Our mission is to illuminate the economic significance of care work, encompassing activities often overlooked in traditional economic data. The Care Board serves as a centralized hub, aggregating existing statistics from administrative sources and generating new data on the care economy.
